I try to live a stress free life
Most of my day consist of having fun getting my school work done metting new people and hanging out with my friends and girlfriend. there are many issues that go on throughout the day from start to finish but i don't even let it bother me a all I try to live a stress free life. I don't know about you but if i am stressed out i don't feel like doing anything and it also takes all the energy out of me. That's why i also try to encourage people not to be stressed because it is a scientific fact that it takes a certain toll on your body and it affects you in more then one way. I know so many people that get stressed over the smallest things and turn a good day into a bad one in a couple of secounds. there is a myth that to much stress can cause someone to get grey hair. That is not true although it can cause things that is worse such as being sick, having head pains, being anti-social and a lot of other reasons. I can't speak for everyone but i don't like being around people that are stressed and i know their are people that feel the same way i do. People that are stressed for what ever reasons they tend to bring you down also when their is someone like that they don't care about nothing at that specific time and that attitude some times may rub off on you. This is one of the main reasons why i try to live a stress free life because i feel that life in general is to short to be stressed about one thing. Everybody is different some people can't get over things as quick as other people but to be stressed for more then two days as bad for anybody. I know people that has been stress longer then that but eventually they got over it but to prevent certain heath issues and sickness it is better if you come out of being stress quicker. I know it is hard because it prevents them from doing anything they don't want to eat or go outside. Some people starv themselves because of being stressed from a certain situation. If you are stressedeven though you don't want to do something you must get up and try to do it because it can hurt you in the long run.
